Worker & Employee Focused
Biography
Logan joined the firm in 2023 and became a partner in 2024. His practice includes representing and advising labor unions in contract negotiations and administration, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and court litigation. He also advises clients on organizing campaigns and internal union affairs.
After graduating law school, Logan worked at a union-side firm in Washington D.C., where he represented international and local unions on a wide range of matters. After that, he worked as a Field Representative for AFT-Connecticut. In that role, he negotiated dozens of collective bargaining agreements and other contracts in both the private and public sectors, represented unions in arbitrations, and helped build worker power through internal organizing, labor actions, and leadership development. He also assisted in legislative efforts, playing a key role in passing Connecticut’s safe nurse staffing law in 2023.
When Logan is not fighting for the rights of workers and their unions, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing pickleball.
